Trust Spirit's Faith in YOU

Connecting with Spirit requires that you use your imagination with the understanding that you cannot fully imagine Spirit. We have given this type of understanding a name. It’s called trust.

Trust

Trust is one element that is either there or it isn’t. You can never “think” you trust a person – the minute you digress to, “I think I can trust her,” then you distrust her. You either trust or you don’t.

You teach trust to your baby by playing peek-a-boo. Your baby trusts that you will return to her delight and amazement – if she can just hold back the fear for a moment. Your baby learns to trust you. If you never came out from behind that blanket, your baby wouldn’t learn to trust you. What’s worse, your baby wouldn’t even have an inkling idea about faith.

Faith

Trust is a smaller element of faith. You are either faithful or you aren’t. You either have faith or you don’t. It’s easier to trust a person than it is to have faith in them.

Faith is what we believe to be true even when we cannot sense it. Spirit can be hidden from normal sensory perception from the time you’re born until the time you die. Faith is believing in something you may never see, feel, touch, taste or smell.

You may be able to wrap your head around trusting a person – but if you imagined faith, really explored faith without allowing your mind to get into the way, you would be imagining forever.

Faith is what Spirit has in you. Spirit understands faith without limits. Spirit never questions or doubts its faith in you! But (fortunately) faith is not what you need to connect to spirit!

Trust Spirit's Faith in You

To sustain an open connection to spirit, you only have to have trust that when the time is right, Spirit will reveal itself to you. When the time is right, Spirit will work through you to create abundance and surpass your wildest hopes.

Imagine Spirit playing peek-a-boo with you. Trust that Spirit is there, right behind that blanket, all of the time. Trust that even when you feel alone, you are not abandoned. Spirit is behind the blanket. Trust that even when you cannot sense Spirit anywhere, it is there - behind the blanket.

Don’t worry about being actively and constantly connected to Spirit. But do always trust that you are actively and constantly connected to Spirit. It doesn’t require any greater effort than that. Spirit’s faith in you makes up for everything your limited brain can imagine.

Put your trust in Spirit, and you will see your life develop into something more joyful, more successful than you can imagine. Spirit’s faith has no limit, but you cannot be limitless without trusting Spirit.
