Life coaching is an interactive and heartfelt experience.  Your life coach will work with you as you discover your own solutions through careful thought, goal-setting, action plans, intuition, and more.

Your life coach is not "Dear Abby."  She does not tell you what is in your best interests; instead, she carefully guides you toward realizing your own solutions. 

Your life coach also encourages, supports, and nurtures you through transitional moments without telling you what to do, or what she would do if she were you.  How could anyone else possibly know what you "should" do?!

Consider what it would be like to have one person in your life who doesn't ask you to solve her problems or commiserate with her.

One person who nurtures you as you wish to nurture your loved ones.

One person who actively encourages you and expects you to succeed.

One person who wants only for your visions, your dreams, one-by-one, to become your reality. That one person could be your life coach.

Your coach's job is to facilitate, encourage and help you to sustain your growth. Most coaches offer a free session so you can get a "feel" for his or her style. Take them up on the offer! You've got nothing to lose, and you will feel much better after finding your perfect coach.
