Do I need expensive fitness equipment?A great big resounding NO!!
Sure, you can spend all the money you want to, but mothers tend to be a bit thriftier. You could fill gallon milk jugs with water, grab soup cans, or use your own body weight for resistance!
If you want to try some exercise equipment, go to a discount store and buy the non-name brand items.
The one single item I recommend is a stability ball. Not only does it give you a great workout, but you will have an absolute blast!
