A great big resounding NO!!
Sure, you can spend all the money you want to, but mothers tend to be a bit thriftier. You could fill gallon milk jugs with water, grab soup cans, or use your body weight for resistance!
If you want to try some exercise equipment, go to a discount store and buy the non-name brand items.
The one single item I recommend is a stability ball. Not only does it give you a great workout, but you will have an absolute blast!
